We ship our products all year round...even when its hot. If we determine that your order might be affected by the heat, we will protect your order by shipping it in foam insulated cartons with refrigerant ice packs at no extra charge.
Note: if you are ordering chocolate during the summer (May 15th to September 30th) and you live in zones 4-7 (see map), we strongly recommend that you choose 2-3 business day express shipping to minimize melting risk.
Heat is beyond our control & we are not responsible for melted chocolate if you do not select 2-3 business day shipping to these areas. |
