STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES
To determine shipping charges, total merchandise for each recipient address by using the chart below. Remember, shipping charges are not per item but rather per address. We will select the appropriate shipper in consideration of the perishability of the product. In any event, unless otherwise requested by you, your charges will not exceed those shown on the order form. Most orders will be shipped by the next working day after the order is received. However, during summer, we generally ship only on Monday and Tuesday so that orders will arrive before the weekend. We do this so your order will not sit over the weekend in hot warehouse and melt. Orders placed after Monday and Tuesday will probably be held until the following week

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico are based on weight rather than dollar amount. Once you place your order, we will e-mail you with the total shipping charge.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? Generally, we ship within 48 hours or sooner. On occasion we may be out of an item. If the item is expected to be available within a short period of time we will hold your order and ship out complete. We do not backorder or ship partial orders. The above map estimates the number of business delivery days from our facility to your home. It does not take into consideration availability and seasonal issues. If you reside in a remote area, please allow extra time. If we determine that your order will not reach you before the weekend, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

WARM WEATHER SHIPMENTS: We ship our products all year round, even when it's hot. If we determine that your order might be affected by the heat, we will ship in insulated cartons with refrigerant ice packs at no extra charge, so that your order will arrive in good condition.

GIFT GIVING: We will be happy to enclose a gift greeting card for you in each gift parcel at no charge. Just let us know when ordering what you wish to say on the card. If you wish gift-wrapping, add $1.00 per item ordered.

HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS: Please make sure to allow enough time for shipping around holidays and special occasions. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.
